Training & Implementation Analyst

**- Conducting training development, making curriculum and all related materials / documentation and ensuring delivery to evaluation of product knowledge at DBO
- Responsible for all matters of training needs and coordination as well as implementation support from each stakeholder principal to ensure its success according to targets and joint plans
- Ensure that stakeholders can carry out the process and operation of the system optimally Recap the implementation data and provide evaluation points for the implementation data
- Submit implementation data and implementation evaluation points to stakeholders periodically
- Conduct periodic reviews of activeness and operational support to stakeholders Ensuring the store submission status process for distributors / business partners / the like on the part of stakeholders
- Coordinating with related teams for finding obstacles / problems in the field for future system improvements
- Develop training and implementation concepts to achieve predetermined targets

S1 All Majors
- Age : 28 - 35 years old
- Min.
4 Years Experience in Operation Implementation, Training Development, Training Delivery, Data Analyst
- Have experience in Training Development, Delivery & Evaluation
- Able to analyze implementation data well for input to the relevant team
- Able to be part of decision making for future changes and improvements
- Have a spirit of focus on consumers and be able to be proactive in the process of completing work
