Training Lead

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or at least Diploma 3 Certificate
- Minimum 2 years experience as Training Lead
- English Proficiency Score (CERF) of C1 or better
- Proficiency in the following concepts: LMS (Learning Management Systems), ILT (Instructor Led Training), Modular Training.
**Descriptions**:

- Oversees day to day activities of the Training department in delivering programs and initiatives that are responsive to individual, operational and client needs.
- Communicate and track any quality risks, gaps or issues to stakeholders;
- Establish, document, and enhance training processes; train team members in those processes;
- Document quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness, testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the Product;
- Evaluates the performance of trainers and maintains objectivity in the rating process by ensuring that ratings are supported by pertinent documents.
- Discusses the rating with the employee for a better understanding of their performance.
- Establish and report performance against metrics for all quality processes and functions (e.g., key performance measures) that align with client service level objectives and performance commitments, providing a statistical process control perspective as appropriate.
- Enforces discipline among staff; documents infractions of company rules by accomplishing an Incident Report (IR) Form, as necessary; submits the IR form to the Human Resources Department (HRD) for processing.
