Training Manager

Job Description

Responsible for the overall national internal and external training planning, and lead the regional trainer team to manage products and various training projects, include implement and inspect.

Responsible for the local adaptation and development of national training materials and content, and ensuring the quality of it.

Responsible for the personnel management and ability improvement of the national overall training team, and design assessment plans to effectively identify and manage the trainer team

Have the ability to publicize major new product launches and certain external communication skills

Requirement

Proven experience in training planning and management, with a knack for leading teams effectively.

Strong adaptability to localize and develop training materials, ensuring they meet local needs and standards.

Excellent personnel management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members' skills.

Strong communication skills, both internally and externally, to effectively promote new product launches and engage with stakeholders.

Innovative mindset with the ability to continuously improve training strategies and methods.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Fluency in Business English is a Must
