The Training Officer helps meet the educational needs of both new and current employees. **Skills & Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in English Education, Education and or HR-related fields
- A Master's Degree in Education and/or Learning and Development is a plus
- Qualification in Instruction and/or learning design is advantageous
- Have a minimum 2 year working experience in a company setting or a mid-scale learning institution
- Demonstrable experience as a Training Officer / Trainer
- Excellent verbal and written communication (English is a plus)
- Has a resilient mindset: willing to **try** new things, **learn** from them, **adapt** and has a strong willingness to fix and find a solution to those challenges
- Ability to conduct thorough needs analysis to gauge training needs
- Strong desktop and in-person research, presentation and reporting skills
- Energetic and determined
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with other staff members
- Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
- Able to operate Google-related features such as Slides, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar, etc, Canva, Pitch, Basic Video/Picture Editing
**Responsibilities**:
- Creating and implementing Employee Training programs
- Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps, employee engagement and training requirements within the organization
- Analyze the training matrix, collect feedback, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Creating and implementing Employee Engagement Programs
- Design, develop and implement training programs/employee engagement programs and materials tailored to the company's needs.
- Provide Data and reports based on needs
- Guiding Managers and team leaders from different divisions
