**Skills & Requirements**:

- Has a Bachelor's degree in English Literature or English Education
- Has min.
2 years of working experience in related field
- Has Adult teaching experience and qualifications
- Has excellent English skills, both written and spoken
- Able to communicate in English on a daily basis
- Able to work both individually and as a part of a team

**Good To Have**:

- Work experience in a company setting will be a good plus
- Tech Savvy

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Training administration**
- Ensure training arrangements - both English and technical training - run on its course
- **Provide Training**
- Ensure staff receive proper training related to Soft Skills and Communication
- **Improve English communication skills**
- Ensure staff receive proper English communication improvement program
- **Document Checking**
- Conduct proofread and document checking as per request
- **Review and Assessment**
- Conduct review and skill assessment for all staff
- **Business Process & Risk Management**
- Policies, SOP, compliance-related matters.
- Follow government law, company policies, and company SOP based on the applied standard.
