**Training Officer - Internship****JOB PURPOSE**- Learning experience to share process workflow training management in pharmaceutical manufacture industry align with regulation from mentor and from selected internship sharing digitalization data visualization as fresh eyes as part of continuous improvement align with digitalization tools that might not available in Bayer.**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**- Make training schedule and organize GMP and non-GMP training to new employee.- Ensure that all employees received basic training of GMP, SMK3, HAS, HACCP, PSS and another basic training before the employee perform their task.- Ensure that all employees that work in GMP and non-GMP related area have received and finished Personnel Training Plan before the employee perform their daily task.- Make yearly training plan for all employees as continues training or general training to increase awareness of GMP related matter.- Ensure no Training overdye in each area/ department.- Writing and/ reviewing SOPs, Modul and Best Practice in Training Management area and updated in line with the newest version of related GSOP.- Has a good digitalization spirit as part of continuous improvement with Site Manufacturing IT stakeholders**WHO YOU ARE**- Open for any major, prioritize from Management / Educational Management / Science, has basic knowledge using Ms. Power Apps, Ms. Power BI, and Ms. Power Automate- Willing to work from office during internship, has good learning agility for digitalization, student on last semester and or fresh graduate are welcome.**Application Period**:- 29 April 2024 - 10 May 2024**Reference Code**:- 794484**Division**:**Location**:- Indonesia : West Java : Cimanggis**Functional Area**:- Human Resources**Position Grade**:- Internship**Employment Type**:- Internship (6 months)**Work Time**:- Flexi Hours - 8 working hours**Contact Us****Address****Telephone****E-Mail**- PT Bayer Indonesia- Menara Astra, 33rd floor- Jl.
