Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Own full responsibility/accountability on performance (vs. target KPI) and compliance (vs. SOP) of selected assigned process and team personnel at respective facility
- Monitor the daily operations of the transit point through supervision of the assigned process
- Help on inbound, sorting and outbound process if needed.
- Monitoring team productivity, capacity and tools in the sortation center
- Conduct briefing with the assigned team before shift starts
- Assist Shift Lead in driving the execution and implementation of any performance improvement initiatives/measures

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics
- Good communication and good leadership skills
- Willing to work in shift
