Translation Resources Coordinator

Recruitment, screening, selection, qualification, and development of external resources according to required specializations, verticals, and budget constraints.- Have a clear communication with PM Team in terms of initiated requests and deliver feedback about the linguists.- Define appropriate test procedures for resource qualification, handle test translations and other work samples.- Negotiate terms and conditions for purchased services.- Compile and maintain vendor data and documents to assure we have most current information on file.- Setting up, following up and maintenance of contracts- Work closely with Finance team in order to fulfill payments for Vendors and finalizing the contracts.- Act as escalation point for vendors. Create vendor partnerships with a focus on vendor utilization, cost control, quality and commitment to projects.**Skills and Qualifications**- 1:2 Years of experience- Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsExperience in negotiating and persuasionStrong interpersonal skillsEffective time managementProactive attitudeexperience in localization field will be a plus
