**Position Title**: Translator (Bahasa to English)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate a wide range of written materials from Bahasa Indonesia to English, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain the original meaning, tone, and context of the source material in the translated content.
- Review and proofread translations to ensure they meet quality standards and are free from errors.
- Collaborate with other translators, editors, and team members to ensure consistency and quality across all translations.
- Conduct research to understand context, terminology, and cultural nuances in both languages.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in translation and localization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, English, Indonesian Studies, or a related field. Professional certification in translation is a plus.
- Proven experience as a translator, with a portfolio of translated works.
- Native or near-native proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong understanding of cultural contexts and nuances in both languages.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
