**About the role**:
As a Transport Planner for the Kerry Manufacturing site in Karawang, Indonesia, your role will be integral to the smooth operation of the supply chain and delivery processes. You will be responsible for a range of tasks that are crucial to ensuring products are efficiently transported to customers and the manufacturing site's operations run seamlessly.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensure the timely delivery of products to customers in accordance with schedules set by Customer Service, aiming for a minimum on-time-in-full (OTIF) rate of 98%.
- Monitor proof of delivery (POD) documents from customers, adhering to key performance indicators (KPIs) and agreements with trucking vendors.
- Maintain close coordination with trucking vendors to guarantee timely and efficient deliveries to customers.
- Ensure a consistent supply to production through stock transfers (STOs), preventing downtime due to transportation delays.
- Generate monthly reports on total deliveries and transportation costs.
- Create purchase orders and follow up on the availability of consumable materials based on requests from warehouse operators.
- Perform administrative tasks, including creating purchase requisitions (PR) for consumable materials.
- Implement the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) systems in both actual and SAP systems.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or trucking management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preference for knowledge in SAP systems (IM, MM, WMS modules).
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Basic communication skills in both verbal and written English.
- Knowledge of export regulations.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and a team player.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
