Travel Management - Bsd

**Job Descriptions**:

- Check the conformity of invoices with business travel requests, employee ceilings and applicable regulations.
- Complete information (ticket costs, hotel costs, vehicle rental costs, production, visa extension, etc.) that has not been recorded by the applicant in e-Travel.
- Submit requests for payment of ticket booking invoices and employee official travel accommodation through the SAP and e-Workflow programs.
- Receive invoices from vendors and send documents (ticket costs, hotel costs, vehicle rental costs, manufacturing, visa extensions, etc.) related to non-BSD employees' official travel to each project.
- Monitor and ensure the timeliness of ticket and hotel payments for official trips for BSD employees and projects.
- Make reports regarding payment of tickets and official travel accommodation for BSD and non-BSD employees on a monthly basis.
- Process the request for proof of tax deduction (PPH 21) to the tax department and confirm with the vendor.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related field (ticketing experience, travel management, etc.)
- Knowledge in travel management and accommodation.
- Detail oriented and strong administration skill.
- Willing to be placed in BSD City.
