Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
**Responsibilities**:
- Update Daily Cash Monitor
- Provide the listing payment finance manager
- Reconcile Journal bank transaction base on bank mutation (incoming or outgoing)
- Reconcile bank cash clearing account
- Retrieve data for bank transaction from system
- Ensure all invoices are proceed timely
- Review outstanding AP
- Ensure monthly bank statement already downloaded all entity
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in finance treasury, cash flow management and/or budget control.
- Advance in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular.
- Exposure to and understanding of business analysis, data and system analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to self-direct work efforts, take initiatives and produce consistent high-quality work
