Treasury Senior Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end Treasury projects which may include liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and risk management.
- Work closely with the CFO to lead the finance team to develop a financial budget, oversee financial operations, review financial information, and regularly assess organizational performance against the annual budget and long-term strategy for growth.
- Develop Feasibility Studies and Financial Projections for internal decision-making and accessing financing
- Liaise with Banks and other Investors or Equity Partners, representing the company in discussions/negotiations regarding Financing and required Due Diligence
- Budgeting, Projected Forecasting, and Forward Guidance for the Holding Company and subsidiaries within the Group
- Providing innovative tax planning and reviewing complex income tax returns.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in treasury, finance, and accounting field.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance from a reputable university
- Strong financial budgeting, business valuation, corporate finance, and deal structuring experience
- Agile and easily adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in banks or property is a plus
