- Responsible for directly supporting Commercial Team and Marketing Team (both Brand and Performance Marketing) in operational needs through the life cycle of a campaign from pre-sale to post launch
- Combine data and sales analysis to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for campaigns
- Work with Marketing Team and Commercial Team to help define successful campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Become a project manager for all the campaigns and marketing initiatives and working collaboratively with both Marketing and Commercial Team
- Proactively work with Marketing Team and Commercial Team to suggest campaigns and marketing initiatives that could drive the business
- Proactively giving feedback to both Marketing and Commercial Team on what We can improve to maximize our Revenue
- Create summary reports of the campaign that we have and capture what we can Start, Stop, and Continue for future campaigns
- Troubleshoot campaign and delivery issues and work with solutions teams to solve when necessary
**Requirements**:
- Have minimum 4+ years experience in Sales, Marketing, and related field
- Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel skills, Google Suites, and Other Project management tools
- Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from the Campaign Data
- Ability to thrive in a big, intense, and high growth environment
