**Basic Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75 (4 scale)
- Proficient in Auto CAD, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Project
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Ability to travel within Indonesia and overseas
- Able to work independently
- Having knowledge on ISO & OHSAS will be an advantage
- Having experienced on Hydropower Plants is an advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Safe and cost-effective execution of commissioning works in accordance with the project schedule and specification of the Turbine system
- Promoting and safeguarding the interests of ANDRITZ Hydro at the site
**Main Tasks**:
- Commissioning of equipment in accordance with customer specifications, commissioning instructions, inspection and test plans, commissioning procedures and applicable international standards
- Cooperation with the project manager, site manager, commissioning coordinator, installation supervisor, system engineer and design engineer in the collection of relevant project documentation (e.g. contract, drawings, functional descriptions, signal lists, description of special tests including test protocols, risk assessment), and continued cooperation during commissioning activities
- Preparation of commissioning documentation (e.g. commissioning plan, time schedule, ITP, test procedures and protocols)
- Timely organisation of the appropriate test instruments (including calibration certificates) on site
- Execution of the commissioning activities (dry and wet tests) for the system and managing of deviations during commissioning (solution for problems)
- Cooperation on site with the commissioning coordinator, other commissioning engineers, test engineers, installation personnel, site management and health and safety personnel
- Adaption of the risk assessment and safety measures and compliance with the specific safety rules and regulations of the customer and the country
- Ongoing preparation, completion, signing and handover of the inspection and test plan and test protocols according to contract
- Ensure that test results are in compliance with the safe operation and contractual limits of the system
- Documenting and communicating deviations (NCRs) and any accident/incident during commissioning
- On-site training of the client personnel in accordance with the contract
- Execution/supervision of the trial operation (if required)
- Feedback to the project organisation of all measurement results and archiving of commissioning reports, data and parameters
- Input for final as-built drawings (red line drawings)
