**Turbocharger Engineer**:
In this position you will be supporting our customers on field services assignments; however, you are expected to perform Workshop activities as well (such as overhauls and repairs) on turbochargers and focus on these responsibilities:
- Perform overhauls and repairs on Turbochargers
- Interact professionally with customers during work execution
- Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work
- Create the Service Work Reports
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä QEHS guidelines and site procedures
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment under pressure
- Willingness and ability to travel (approximately 130 to 180 days a year)
- Turbocharger troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and understand turbocharger diagrams

- Technical experience with practical problem-solving skills.
- 4+ years' experience in installation operation, maintenance, and repair of Turbochargers.
- Highly effective technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Interact professionally and deliver solutions to customers during the work execution.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluent in English with relevant additional language skills beneficial.
- Interested in traveling 50% of the time.
