Train, and onboard new tutors, ensuring they are well-equipped to provide effective educational support.Conduct regular performance evaluations for tutors, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.Develop and implement professional development plans to enhance tutor skills and knowledge.Establish and enforce tutoring standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and effectiveness.Provide ongoing training and workshops for tutors to enhance their teaching techniques and communication skills.Collect and analyze data on tutoring program effectiveness, tutor performance, and student outcomes.Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related fieldMinimum of 1 year of experience in tutoring, education, or educational program management.Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and effective tutoring techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in educational technology and tutoring platforms.Experience in data analysis and reporting.Ability to lead and motivate a team of tutors.Teaching or tutoring certification is a plus.
