Collaborate with multiple roles and departments on defining, and validating problems, generating ideas, formulating requirements, and analyzing the impact of your work.

Plan, build, and maintain UI components on the design system.

Produce design based on research (usability and concept testing) such as user flow diagrams, wireframes, sketches, and high-fidelity prototypes.

Improve processes and systems within the product team by contributing to high-leverage initiatives.

Collaborate with Product Managers and engineers to generate solutions.

Maintain design backlog with Product Development Team (Designers, Engineers, and Product Owners).

**Qualifications**:
Minimum 1 year of working experience as a designer.

Design a portfolio that shows thought processes. A portfolio can be in the form of a website, PDF/documents, slides, or prototype.

Having experience in web design.

Excellent with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Miro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

Excellent in solving problems using qual/quant, and utilizing data to inform decisions.

Good knowledge of UX writing is preferable.

Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Problem solver with clear structure, design thinking methodology,

data-driven, and analytical skills.

Good cross-team collaboration and communication skills, both written and

verbal.
