As a designer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create exceptional user experiences for their SaaS products.**Responsibilities**:- Implementing robust UX workflows- Crafting intuitive UI designs- Managing updates and enhancements to the marketing website- Overseeing graphic updates and improvements- Conducting regular meetings with the CEO to review work- Collaborate with other stakeholders to understand user needs and business requirements.- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts and interactions.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and implement them in your work.**Requirements**:- 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the SaaS industry.- Strong marketing and branding design abilities- Strong design decisions using UX principles.- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.- Experience with frontend technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices.- Experience with responsive design and designing for various screen sizes and devices.- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.- Experience in AI or machine learning is a plus.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Work From Home- Flexible Hours- Global Exposure
