Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, the voice of the customer, user journeys, customer feedback, and usability findings
Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, low and high fidelity mockups
Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders
Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design
Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization efforts
Know how to use prototyping tools such as Sketch, Invision, or equivalent
Possess excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with the Product & Technology Team
Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images
Bachelor's degree in any major, however degree in graphic design or web design can be an advantage
3+ years of design experience within product design or design systems
Familiar with designing tools such as Figma, Invision, Marvel
**Working knowledge of the following technologies and software**: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with prototyping as a means to communicate design solutions (UI development experience a plus)
Understanding how to leverage customer-centric creativity to meet business goals
Should be good at problem-solving skills, logical & analytical thinking
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent verbal communication skills
Good interpersonal skills.
