BOSNET is an FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) super-apps and ecosystem provider with two primary business facets: selling distribution super-apps and offering an ecosystem for FMCG principals to enhance their order-generation and logistics. The services provided include e-payment, pay-later options, advertising, market insights, and back-office solutions. Currently, our ecosystem processes over IDR 50 trillion worth of transactions annually.
Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers

Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, buttons, tabs and widgets

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function

Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)

Conduct layout and function adjustments based on user feedback

Adhere to style standards on design systems such as fonts, colors and images
Min. 3 years of experiences as an UI-UX Designer or similar role

UI design portofolio

Branding, typhography, and color theory

Wireframing & Prototyeping

Bachelor degree in relevant field

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to discuss and explain design options

Detail oriented

Critical thinker

Problem solver & customer centered

Some knowledge of usability factors in Human Computer Interaction
