Ui/Ux Designer

Sribu connects clients who need online marketing services with a community of trusted freelancers. We have over 30.000 clients and a community of over 28,000 freelancers. We have won the 2011 SparxUp award and the 2013 Inaicta award for the best online marketplace platform.

Despite being a market leader, we operate with a small team of less than 50 people, staying lean. Being on a smaller team like Sribu, you really get to have an impact on the group's success and gain exposure to a lot of things you wouldn't normally be allowed to touch in a larger, more bureaucratic company. Collect and understand team requirements, design website layouts, and navigation.

Provide input and create designs aligned with client business needs and user perspectives.

Develop designs based on basic mockups created by the team.

Create designs focusing on user interface and user experience for all website components and navigation.

Identify and address UX issues, such as responsive display problems.

Coordinate with project manager and lead WordPress developer.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic sense.

Knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
