About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team and play a vital role in crafting engaging and user-friendly experiences for our Learning Management System (LMS). You will collaborate closely with instructional designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate learning objectives into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that cater to diverse learners within our organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with L&D professionals to understand learning objectives, target audiences, and user needs for various training programs and initiatives, also translate them into effective UI/UX designs.
- Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for LMS features, including:
- Learner experience: Course dashboards, content modules, personalized learning pathways, gamification elements, progress tracking, and feedback mechanisms.
- Instructor experience: Content creation tools, assessment development functionalities, learner performance reports, and communication channels.
- Administrator experience: User management, course administration tools, reporting dashboards, and system configuration options.
- Ensure the UI/UX adheres to best practices for usability, accessibility, and responsive design across various devices.
- Conduct user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback from learners, instructors, and administrators.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design for learning platforms and eLearning methodologies.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of UI designs into the LMS platform.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies (e.g., user research, persona development, user testing).
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with eLearning best practices and instructional design principles.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for learning and development and a commitment to creating engaging learning experiences.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
