PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently helping one of our client in a Japanese IT Consulting and Service as a UI/UX and QA Engineer to be placed in their main office at Central Jakarta area. Please find the job description and job requirements below:
Job description:
1. Provide pre-sales and or post-sales technical support

2. Gather and build requirement documentation with customer

3. Evaluating of product quality assurance standards

4. Ensure that all customer requests, complaints and comments communicated are

forwarded to the corresponding department for action

5. Analyze customer behavior and market data

Requirement:

- Education Background : Min. D3 Information Technology or related
- Have knowledge in programming (basic skill)
- Have knowledge in Frontend & UI/UX Designer
- Have knowledge making document of specification and test script
- Good customer service communication skill
- Fresh Graduate with adequate experience is encouraged to apply
- Able to communicate in English for daily operations.
