Uiux Researcher

**Responsibilities**:- Meet clients to gather information about their requirements and to find out what needs researching, designing or usability testing- Be involved in sketching, prototyping and on occasion user testing, before passing the design onto the development team- Understand qualitative research methods- Have an awareness of costs and budgets- Put users at the centre of a design to make it simple, easy to use and good looking- Be confident in your presentation skills in order to present the stages of the design development to business users- Work closely within a multidisciplinary team, including web developers and programmers- Have technical knowledge to be able to explain what needs doing, to programmers- Ensure websites comply with the law and equal opportunities policies.**Requirements**:- 2 years Experience as UX Research or Similar role- Have a good understanding and experience, of how to design and conduct quantitative and qualitative research approaches, for discovery and evaluating the purpose- Ability to understand user needs, behaviour, experience, and user motivation through the various research methods- Ability to build the criteria, requirements, and needs (product, requirements) so the product can create the expected user experience journey- Ability to design, plan, and carry out usability testing with end-users to test hypotheses of the design, features, and workflow of a product.- Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Good time management skill- Great Interpersonal and communication skills- Soft skills: Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication- Tools Familiarity: Lookback, UXTesting, OptimalSort, Maze, Treejack, etc.- Portofolio is Mandatory**Salary**: From Rp7,000,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
