**About the Job**:
As an Account and Admin Intern, you will contribute to the organization's account-related activities, maintaining records and providing client support. In addition, you'll support office administrative functions, such as scheduling, document management, and assisting in company event organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare purchase order documents on the 5th of each month (monthly activity).
- Generate Work-in-Progress (WIP) and spare parts reports (monthly activity).
- Verify and process sales revenue with sales invoices (daily activity).
- Review and input accounts into cash reports (daily activity).
- Review accounts payable and accounts receivable reports (monthly activity).
- Prepare cash reports (monthly activity)
**Requirements**:
- Final year student or recent graduate in Business, Accounting, Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous internship or experience in a similar field is a valuable advantage
- Proficient in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- The ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
- Adaptability and flexibility to embrace changes
- Highly detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
