Lead the development of workflow automation products, leveraging third-party integrations, data science, and in-house products to drive the speed of user growth development and accelerate revenue growth;- Drive fast feedback loops between end-users (i.e. recruiters), operational, product, and tech stakeholders;- Manage the coordination, throughput, and velocity of delivery by tech team;- You have a passion for tech-enabled operations; you thrive on developing tech products specifically for the hands of operational users.- You love thinking through how to automate processes, streamline workflows, and optimize systems, all through leveraging tech and product.- You excel at distilling user research and data insights into clear tech and product roadmaps.- You have the ability to work with a high degree of urgency without sacrificing attention to detail.- You thrive working cross-functionally and are comfortable managing various workstreams simultaneously.- You are a masterful storyteller, have an eye for UI/UX, and have prior experience in crafting user stories and user workflows.- You are a people person who cares about supporting others.- You are a strong communicator who can clearly articulate analytical findings.- You are process-and systems-oriented; you live and breathe operational efficiency.- You will be a lead Product Manager for our product efficient team, one of the few start-up company's e-commerce with a focus on strategic priorities. You will work directly with our Operations lead, and the co-founder and Technical Lead. The position will offer significant opportunities for cross-functional exposure to executive stakeholders across the organization.- Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field- Over 5 years product development experience from conception to delivery and iteration, preferably in tech/internet companies and with exposure to human resources product domain- Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making- Strong organizational acumen -ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration
