**About the Team**:
The Music User Operations team is working to create a comfortable and relevant experience within our music platform. As User Operations Intern, you'll be supporting the team to give our users the best journey in the platform.
**Responsibilities**:
**Core User Group**:
- Responsible for handling day-to-day core user groups on chat platforms, by blasting and replying chats, sharing survey/ questions.
- Support for content translation EN >ID & ID >EN for core user group needs.
- Support analyzing the insights and giving recommendations to relevant departments.
**User Feedback**:
- Support team to handle user feedback in In-App, Google Playstore, Apple Store.
- Support analyzing the insights and giving recommendations to relevant departments.
**Others**:
- Support User Ops team for adhoc task
**Qualifications**:
**Internship Timeline and Applications**:
- The minimum internship duration is 3 months. The entire duration will not be more than 4 months.
- The internship is based in Jakarta. It is a hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office per week.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia to work closely with local and regional stakeholders.
- Motivated and object-oriented self-starter.
- Proficiency in Excel
- Passionate about music & pop culture
