Job Description Plan and manage daily all resources (machines, people, materials, and systems) efficiently, effectively, and safely to achieve the predetermined Boiler, Chiller & WWTP performance targets. Manage the boiler, chiller and WWTP maintenance program including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting. Ensure the standard quality of products, services, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) is maintained according to standards and continuously improved. Evaluate daily achievements against set targets, including reporting deviations from targets through the Daily Operation Review Develop and ensure all action plans are implemented and developed based on root cause analysis and support continuous improvement programs. The Successful Applicant Candidate that has experiences in maintaining, operating, boiler, chiller and WWTP Has up to 5 years of managerial experiences Willing to be placed in Maluku full time.
