**Requirements**:
- Experienced in designing digital products as well as a strong portfolio of related projects.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in UX and/or product design.
- Proficient in design & prototyping tools such as Figma & Adobe Family.
- Strong understanding of design and usability principles (Visual hierarchy, information architecture, color, spacing, typography, etc.)
- English skill level: Advanced.
- Able to perform various communications in english such as presenting ideas, explaining design, and project development meetings across the team.
- Excellent attitude and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for handling any creative-related task by finding the best way, taking necessary actions, and giving creative solutions for a given problem/task.
- Conduct research related to product, UX, and best practices.
- Working alongside the development team to design the UX for digital products.
- Presenting ideas
- Understand how to utilize creativity through design principles and implement project briefs by collaborating effectively with senior designers, product managers, engineering, and other divisions.
- Plan and perform usability testing before design handoff to the developer team, and use the result to improve the final design
- Incorporating user and stakeholder feedback, business direction, and usability findings into visual design in order to enhance the user experience of digital products.
