Ux & Research Manager

Lead & develop user interface and user experience team to be an effective workforce
- Identify user pain points and develop solution to improve user experience
- Plan with business executives and stakeholders
- Conduct user research to improve user interface and user experience
- Liase with marketing, growth, & operation team to build improvement programs
- Evaluate & enhance customer touchpoints

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or other related fields.
- Proven experience (6 years) as a UI/UX Lead, Product Designer, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of user experience principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to drive insights and improvements.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams to achieve customer-focused goals.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
- Proven project management skills to plan, execute, and track customer experience initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges and obstacles.
