Ux Researcher (Contract Based)

We are looking for a UX Researcher to participate in journey of creating software, mobile apps and platforms that meet people's needs. As an experienced researcher, you will participate and lead various projects, and enjoy collaborating with peers and clients alike to solve complex research problems. You will combine research results and actionable plan to enhance user experience. In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems.Loves data and analyses them to turn data into information, information into insight and insight into digital business decisions.Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include users and business requirements, activities and strategic design approach.Will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.Ultimately, you should be able to effectively connect the business vision with our Human-Centered Design thinking and strategy that facilitates delightful user experiences.Minimum 4+ years experience on digital product researchWork with Creative teams to prioritize business goals and information needed to craft the digital and design strategyResearch products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunitiesInterpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide insightful reportsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data setsAnalyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presenceEstablish best practices in User Experience designLocate and define new process improvement opportunitiesStrong analytical and planning skills
