**What will you do**:
Plan and execute diverse user research methods.

Develop detailed user personas to inform design decisions.

Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Conduct usability testing sessions.

Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data for insights.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Provide feedback to UI/UX designers based on research insights.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging UX technologies.

Maintain meticulous documentation of research methodologies and results.

Drive continuous improvement in UX research processes.

**What are we looking**:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 1 year of proven UX research experience with an outstanding portfolio.

Experience working for a software company or startup is a plus.

Proficiency in research tools and methodologies.

Basic ability to design and propose improvements based on research findings.

Ability to quickly and effectively share research results.

Based in Jabodetabek area or willing to work in Jakarta (hybrid)
