Ux Researcher

Job description / Task & Responsibilities for this Position:
1. Plan, gather, and analyze, insights about users through new studies and review of existing data.

2. Compile finished, well-documented research findings to deliver meaningful and actionable insights for internal consumption.

3. Manage, Execute, and analyze usability sessions, with support from other team members.

4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that thrives on delivering value to our customers frequently.

5. Be able to influence product and design decisions with excellent interpersonal skills.

6. Create a UX research roadmap for continuous improvement across the product.

7. Advising on the most appropriate research methods based on your experience.

8. Conduct competitor and exemplar analysis.

9. Conduct workshops with internal stakeholders to align business needs.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp10,000,000 per month
