Ux Researcher

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Psychology, Management, or Subject related with Statistic and Research Method
- Have min. 1 year experience working as researcher (preferably ux researcher
- Able to conduct UX research project end-to-end with the guidance from lead or senior members in the same team
- Able to conduct in-depth primary research by employing various qualitative and quantitative research methods with the guidance from lead or senior members in the same team
- Ability to design, plan, and carry out usability testing with end-users to test hypotheses of the design, features, and workflow of a product.
- Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Great Interpersonal and communication skill.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting UX research to understand user needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Planning, conducting, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative research studies.
- Utilizing survey tools like Typeform to design and distribute surveys to users.
- Analyzing quantitative data carefully to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can support product development.
- Collaborating with design, development, and product management teams to interpret research findings and generate relevant recommendations.
- Assisting in the development of user personas, user journeys, and user testing.
