**Responsibilities**:
- Write, and edit user interface text, help content, onboarding guides, tooltips, error messages, and other product-related content.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and terminology across the product.
- Create and maintain a content style guide and documentation.
- Analyze content performance and use data to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide valuable insight and feedback during ideation design process and user research results.
- Participate in the overall product development process.
**Requirements**:
- 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or a related field, preferably in B2B or related industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Energetic advocate of user-centered mentality within the team, divisions, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and continuous self-improvement.
