Valet (Pre-Opening)

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Park and retrieve vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate information to customers regarding parking procedures.
- Handle customer belongings with care and maintain confidentiality.
- Assist customers with loading and unloading of luggage or other items.
- Maintain organized and secure valet parking areas.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, directions, and general assistance.
- Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, vandalism, or other security breaches.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections of the property.
- Respond promptly to security alarms or incidents and take appropriate action.
- Monitor surveillance systems and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in valet parking or security preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and parking procedures.
- Familiarity with security systems and surveillance equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Speak English at a conversational level.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Able to join immediately.
- Currently living in Surabaya is preferred.

Pay: From Rp300,000,000 per month
