QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management,
or related field;
2. Experience in vendor management, logistics, and other aspects within the field of
logistics;
3. Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles, as well as a good grasp of
procurement processes and vendor management;
4. Ability to collect and analyze logistics data and vendor performance to enhance
efficiency and quality;
5. Effective communication skills, both oral and written, to interact with internal and
external parties;
6. Strong negotiation skills to obtain favorable contract terms from vendors;
7. Capable of managing a team or coordinating with cross-functional teams;
8. Able to work under pressure;
JOBDESK:
1. Identify, evaluate, and select suitable logistics vendors to meet the company's
needs;
2. Negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure competitive prices and favorable
terms for the company;
3. Regularly monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with quality
standards and delivery timelines;
4. Conduct periodic evaluations of vendor performance and provide feedback on the
evaluation results;
5. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors to establish mutually
beneficial partnerships;
6. Address issues that arise with vendors related to quality, delivery, or other
logistics-related matters;
7. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs through
effective vendor management;
8. Coordinate with internal teams such as Logistics, Procurement, and Finance to
ensure smooth logistics and vendor management processes;
9. Prepare vendor performance reports and communicate the results to company
management;
10. Work according to the directives of superiors.
