**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Venture Development Manager who will be responsible for developing the affiliate marketing business to drive growth amongst our key affiliate partners. We are looking for a results-focused self-learner who is an entrepreneur at heart. You will be in-charge of building a new business from the ground up, and you will be responsible for growing and building key projects that the company is investing in.

You will learn to work with a global team, and how to build an affiliate marketing business for a global market. As a venture development manager, you will also work with the Head of Commercial to build new ventures for the growth of the business.

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- Analyze data in order to plan and build a commercial strategy together with the head of commercial to develop the affiliate marketing business globally
- Work with the Go-to-market (GTM) team to find synergies to scale up the overall business globally
- Oversee the work that is created by your direct report and freelancers
- Manage, develop and acquire relationships with key business partners globally
- Optimize and streamline business processes so that the business can grow efficiently globally

**WHO YOU ARE**
- At least 2-3 years working in a strategy role, consulting, or business development.
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- Great understanding of the travel landscape (Bonus)
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Thrives in a fast paced environment
- Data management and analytical skills is required
