**About our client**:
My client is an fast-growing Cloud Services provider, recently founded just a few years back. Looking for a strong sales professional and leader to help develop and synergize the entire sales organization within the business.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow and develop a solid revenue base and forward pipeline for Telstra customers operating in Indonesia.
- Utilize a combination of Indonesia Market knowledge, industry expertise and excellent consultative selling skills to identify and qualify opportunities across the Indonesian Market.
- Responsible for developing and implementing a Portfolio Sales Plan to achieve the team's sales target
- Work closely with Sales, Business Development, Partnership and Marketing departments to drive qualified opportunities into the pipeline.
- Inject customer and industry knowledge and insights to create 'higher value-expanded scope' opportunities and/or revenue growth
- Enables the execution of broader industry propositions and supporting our customers in new collaborative business models
- Work collaboratively with different departments to progress opportunities through each sales stage from qualification to close.
- Developing and deploying Indonesia strategy
- Full country Profit and Loss accountability and responsibility
- Ensuring that robust organizational structures are in place for performance management, governance, and reporting
- Strategic oversight of the Indonesia Operations team to ensure a stellar end to end client experience
- Ownership of the Indonesia strategy and accountability for its implementation through the functional teams
**Requirements**:
- University graduate from a reputable university
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Software/Technology/consulting/business environment (B2B)
- Experience managing large teams, demonstrates excellent leadership capabilities
- Prior P&L or other significant commercial accountability
- Experienced with strategy development
- Experience working in a start-up is preferred
- Accomplished people leader who can create a compelling vision for the organization
- Strategic thinker, able to see the big picture, make clear choices and create from scratch
- Entrepreneurial spirit, not afraid to get hands dirty and stuck into the details of execution
- High drive for results, comfortable with accountability for challenging targets and able to problem solve to meet targets in spite of challenges
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Commercially savvy understands the P&L and levers used to influence it
- Agile, can learn on the job and comfortable with experimentation and adaptation to changing market conditions
