Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Vice President Credit Card Affluent, Reward and Loyalty Manager**

**Responsibilities**:
This position is responsible to lead Credit Card Product Affluent Proposition, implement marketing plans to drive business growth, and managing Reward and Loyalty program.
- Keeping card value proposition (CVP) design fresh, relevant to market and in line with customer and business strategy
- Monitor and manage Reward and Loyalty program, maintain reward cost at profitable level, and reviewing the rewards and loyalty process for improvement.
- Protect & monitor performance core drivers and business plans, by working closely with relevant stakeholders and strategic partners to drive business initiative and gain revenue.
- Explore opportunities and optimizing end-to-end credit card customer life cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leads (regional teams, marketing, digital banking, technology, legal and compliance, etc) to drive strategic alignment of all common initiatives and priorities.
- Conduct regular review on market and competitor benchmark to identify credit cards and payment business' trend and opportunities to keep the product proposition is updated and relevant to the target segments.
Qualifications

- Experience in Credit Card product development and managing Card profitability.
- Track record of successful implementation and launching of product variants and innovative customer offerings
- Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability, which encourages and promotes enthusiasm and team spirit.
- Strong analytical mind, self-motivated with good market sense
- Highly organized, independent with strong initiatives
- Analytical with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
