We're currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as **Vice President, Head of Rewards Indonesia - Hybrid** (Internal Job Title: Vice President - **C13**) based in Jakarta, Indonesia. **In this role, you're expected to**:
- Assist in developing and executing the firm's reward strategy.
- Ensure that reward practices are compliant with the relevant regulatory recommendations and requirements.
- Manage Compensation/payroll/Benefit's administration function staff budget and planning.
- Manage the key areas of rewards, benefits and pensions and liaises with third parties to develop a consistent best practice approach.
- Formulate policy initiatives and partners with HR and/or directly with the Business, CES and other external Consultants to implement and deliver projects.
- Assist with managing Citi's Health Care programs including Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Trip/Transit, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Retiree Medical Programs
- Handle and resolve escalated individual participant issues.
- Handle day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the technology or operations of the business.
- Perform training on Citi's benefits for HR colleagues and employees.
- Ensure consistent compensation policies and practices are applied across all employees.
- Manage market data process including surveys, individual benchmarking, and presentation of results to Senior Managers
- Conduct benchmarking, market, and internal equity analysis
- Lead Project management and program execution for new compensation policies and pay management across the business
- Lead coordination of annual compensation process for salary review and incentive awards
- Partner with regional colleagues to ensure global consistency
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of relevant employment regulation within total reward
- Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
