Wealth and Personal Banking serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate Vice President / Vice President Proposition.**
**Responsibilities**:
The role will responsible to develop Premier and Personal Banking customer proposition, implement current and new proposition, also tracking the usage and penetration of each proposition. It also responsible to ensure that the Premier and Personal Banking Proposition is competitive to support customer growth through Acquisition and Portfolio action.
Below are the related KPI:
- Customer Growth and TRB.
- Product and features Penetration and/or usage.
- Revenue/Customer.
- Timeliness of deliverables.
- Customer Attrition.
- Process improvement done.
The above objectives should be achieved by coordinating multiple stakeholders including channel, data analytics, marketing, and others.
Qualifications
**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:
- 10 years working experience in financial institution or related.
- Excellent interpersonal skill.
- Project Management is essential.
- Strategic thinking.
- Proven analytical skill.
- Comfortable working with data and analysis.
