We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to join our team and enhance our online presence through captivating videos and effective social media strategies.

**Responsibilities**:
**Video Creation**:

- Develop short videos using tools like Bitable for various platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create video content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Stay updated on video trends and incorporate innovative ideas into video content including use of AI tools.

**Social Media Management**:

- Post and schedule video content across various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of video content on social media to optimize engagement and reach.

**YouTube Channel Optimization**:

- Optimize the YouTube channel by creating compelling video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Conduct keyword research to enhance video discoverability and search rankings.
- Utilize YouTube analytics to track performance and make data-driven decisions to improve channel growth.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with content and marketing teams to ensure cohesive content and strategy.
- Communicate effectively with team members to manage workflow and meet deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Film Production, or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience in video creation, editing, and production.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Bitable, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Experience in managing and optimizing YouTube channels.
- Ability to create engaging and visually appealing video content.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword research for video optimization is a plus.
