Robert Ventures, a forward-thinking and dynamic alternative asset investment firm, is seeking a talented Video Content Editor to join their growing team. As a Video Content Editor, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging videos that will help communicate the company's message to their investors and stakeholders. You'll work closely with the teams to develop video content that aligns with the company's values and supports their goals. **Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with the entire team to create engaging and informative videos that support the company's messaging and goals
- Lead the video content development process from ideation, storyboarding, scripting, shooting, editing, and final delivery
- Conceptualize and execute visually appealing and creative graphics and animations to enhance the videos
- Ensure a high standard of video production quality, color grading, and sound design
- Create video content that is tailored for various platforms such as social media, website, and other digital channels
- Organize and maintain an archive of all the video assets, graphics, and materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, editing, and post-production
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years experience in video production and editing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Strong eye for detail, storytelling, pacing, and color grading
- Experience working with cameras, lights, and audio equipment
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends in social media, website, and other digital channels.
- Proven experience as a video editor, with a portfolio of work showcasing your skills in editing long-form and short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Proven experience in thumbnail creation with knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva for creating thumbnails.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Self-driven individual with a start-up/entrepreneurial mindset
