Responsibilities We're looking for an Executive Assistant to:
Lead the way in organizing multiple projects, handling administrative tasks, and assisting the manager in staying on top of their workload. Maintain a detailed overview of all business operations and projects, with the ability to effectively manage them. Manage timelines, events, and tasks, as well as take care of calendars, emails, communication, and more. Be actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth progress across all projects with a high level of engagement. At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant. High-level project management skills Excellent and efficient communication skills Experience in using Notion, ClickUP or similar (should be an expert in software for management/organization) Impeccable attention to detail; you value accuracy and take full ownership of mistakes made.
