Visual Merchandising Executive (Surabaya)

**Key Responsibilities**:- Work closely with various division to coordinate and align to make the business stronger- Develop VM training to your colleagues onsite, ensure every department and store team understand and compliance to VM standards- Manage VM implementation and monitor performance to ensure visual merchandising strategies are executed and achieved in an efficient and effective ways- Sensitive to business and be able to translate to visual aspect**Requirements**:- Professional proficiency in English- Willing to travel and placed outside Jakarta- Demonstrate integrity, good team work, empathy and open minded in working environment**Technical competency required**:Good in computer literate including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
