Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic VP Finance for our client in the Beauty Company. This position will be responsible for managing accounting, tax, and finance functions, playing a key role in the fundraising activities of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's accounting, tax, and finance functions.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive fundraising initiatives and secure necessary capital for company growth.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support decision-making processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with financial institutions, investors, and other key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Proven experience in fundraising and capital acquisition for growth-stage companies.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving strategic business objectives.
