Our client is the fastest growing FnB and Lifestyle retail brand in Indonesia and is currently looking for VP Growth to grow the business from the perspective of the holding company.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and address the challenges related to product management and organisational structure, streamlining processes, and optimising efficiency.
- Conduct thorough market analysis, including customer insights, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends, to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as marketing, operations, finance, and HR to align growth strategies and ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance the brand's market presence and expand its customer base.
- Monitor and analyse key business performance metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and develop initiatives to optimise growth and revenue generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the F&B and lifestyle retail sector to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business strategy, product development, or growth initiatives
- Have experience in backlog/initiatives prioritisation and the capability to decide trade-offs
- Have experience working in top tier consulting firm is a plus
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial and business strategy to drive growth, profitability, and market expansion
- Lead and mentor the growth team, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Identify and address the challenges related to product management (FnB) and organisational structure, streamlining processes, and optimising efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
