**Location**:Head Quarter - Jakarta**Level**:Senior Manager and Above**Employment Status**:Permanent**Field of Work**:Data & Analytics**Posted Date**:24 March 2024**Job Summary**:Drive monetization by increasing the top line (revenue) or the bottom line (EBITDA), internal or external, by making use of data assets with objective of $ value creation for B2C, B2B & network domains. Joint responsible with business, for developing the overall go-to-market strategy tied to the Data Monetization for B2C and other supporting functions and for ensuring successful program from ideation to post-launch, partnerships/ ecosystem development and improving data maturity.- Riding on the reports from Performance Management team, review risks and opportunities in B2C business and Enterprise functions are well reviewed.- Review selection of relevant KPIs, use cases. Drive engagement with Advanced Analytics & B2C teams to create predictive & prescriptive recommendations, with objective of $ value creation.- In partnership with business, determine data/ technological gaps & challenges and formulate solutions to address internal and external data monetization strategies- Drive proactive approach towards opportunities for external monetization of data, through partnership models (with business) across a variety of ecosystems in B2C- Ensure appropriate collaboration with B2C business to help business to effectively leverage vast quantities of data available to devise cost-effective, responsive and creative CLM strategies, CVM techniques by appropriate customer segments- Drive effective ways of working between Data & Analytics Team and DM & VC team to adopt best-in-class approaches for customer data analytics (campaign mgmt, dashboards, segmentation, and channel programs)- Riding on the reports from Performance Management team, reviewing risks and opportunities in B2B & Network business are well identified.- Review selection of relevant KPIs, use cases. Drive engagement with Advanced Analytics & B2B teams to create predictive & prescriptive recommendations, with objective of $ value creation.- In partnership with business, determine data/ technological gaps & challenges and formulate solutions to address internal and external data monetization strategies- Drive proactive approach towards opportunities for external monetization of data, through partnership models (with business) across a variety of ecosystems in B2C- Oversee analysis of CAPEX and OPEX, utilizing data analytic tools- Drive optimization plans by collaborating with network planning team- Approve predictive & prescriptive recommendations from team members- Develop and mentor team member(s) to achieve divisional objectives- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff, make recommendations to supervisor and implement actions, such as promotions and dismissals- Provide feedback to his/her superior to create the succession plan for the function/ organization and attract, motivate and retain top talent to ensure alignment with the plan**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree Business Management- Qualification in advanced capabilities like ML/ AI would be advantage- 12-15 years of working experience- 3-4 years of proven experience in telecom sector, handling business modelling & analytics and engagement with business stakeholders- Leadership skills- Business Model and Business Plan development- Analytic capability- Collaboration with business- Communication skills
